Short flights between each mean no long coastal drives, and every stop has a completely different character.

Day 2
Full-day dhow trip from Shimoni.
Snorkelling at Kisite-Mpunguti, dolphin watching.
Seafood lunch on Wasini Island.
Evening at leisure.
Day 3
Morning free — kitesurfing, spa, or the Colobus sanctuary.
Fly Ukunda → Malindi, transfer to Watamu.
Check in and dinner overlooking Turtle Bay.
Day 4
Morning snorkelling at the Watamu Marine National Park coral gardens.
Whale shark or dolphin excursion in season (Oct–Mar).
Local Ocean Conservation turtle centre visit.
Beach dinner.
