Elephant Orphanage feeding, then the Giraffe Centre.

Day 3
Lake Naivasha
Drive Nairobi → Naivasha (2 hrs) with a Rift Valley viewpoint stop.
Afternoon boat safari — hippos, fish eagles, pelicans.
Lakeside lodge dinner.
Giraffes often on the lawn.
Day 4
Crescent Island & Hell's Gate
Walking safari on Crescent Island — zebra and giraffe on foot, no predators.
Afternoon cycling through Hell's Gate gorge.
Campfire and marshmallows at the lodge.
Day 5
Fly to the Mara
Transfer to Naivasha airstrip.
Fly to the Maasai Mara.
Game drive to camp.
Family tents and pool time.
Evening drive.
Junior Ranger program kick-off.

Mara Full Day
Dawn drive with picnic breakfast on the plains.
Midday break — swim, siesta, spotting scope.
Afternoon drive with river crossing stake-out in season.

Mara & Maasai
Morning drive tracking big cats.
Maasai village visit — beadwork, spear throwing, and a school stop.
Bush dinner with the camp team and Maasai singers.
Day 8
Fly to Zanzibar
Final Mara drive at sunrise.
Fly Mara → Nairobi → Zanzibar.
Transfer to the north coast.
Sunset swim and dinner on the beach.
Day 9
Zanzibar
Beach Free morning — swimming, kayaks, and beach football.
Afternoon snorkeling trip to Mnemba Atoll for the older kids.
Family dinner at the resort.
Day 10
Stone Town & Spice Farm
Drive to Stone Town.
Guided walk through the alleys and the old fort.
Spice farm tour — tasting, climbing, and a Swahili lunch.
Return north.
Forodhani night market visit if energy holds.
Day 11
Nakupenda Sandbank
Boat trip to Nakupenda sandbank for a seafood lunch on the sand.
Afternoon at leisure — dhow sunset cruise optional.
Final family dinner.

Departure
Last swim and a slow breakfast.
Transfer to Zanzibar Airport.
Connect via Nairobi or Dar es Salaam for the international flight.
